Cancellation Policy
## CONTENT SPACE BOOKING POLICY **Payment:** Full payment is required at booking to reserve the Content Space. **Minimum Booking:** Content Space reservations require a **2-hour minimum**. **Cancellation & Rescheduling:** Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled at least **24 hours before the scheduled start time**. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. **Booking Time:** Your reservation includes setup, production, and breakdown time. Arriving late does not extend your reservation. The space must be cleared by the scheduled end time. **Space Rental Only:** Content Space bookings include access to the reserved space and standard available furniture. Photography, videography, audio engineering, editing, camera operation, or other production services are **not included** unless specifically purchased. **Equipment & Add-Ons:** Only equipment and add-ons included with your reservation may be used. SoundSpace equipment must remain on-site and be returned in its original condition. **Furniture & Setup:** Furniture may only be moved as permitted by SoundSpace and must be returned to its original configuration before leaving unless a setup service has been purchased. **Additional Time:** Additional time may be purchased if available and must be approved before the reservation ends. Overtime is not guaranteed. **Guests:** The person making the reservation is responsible for all guests and must remain within the approved capacity of the space. **Food & Drinks:** Keep food and beverages away from production equipment. All trash, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed before leaving. **Smoking:** Smoking, vaping, or burning any substance inside SoundSpace is **strictly prohibited**. **Damage:** The person making the reservation is responsible for damage, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or their guests. **Content & Files:** Clients are responsible for their own cameras, recording devices, media, files, and backups. SoundSpace is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing content. By booking the Content Space, you acknowledge and agree to SoundSpace booking and space policies.
