Need somewhere to get things done? Book a private flexible room at SoundSpace for meetings, consultations, focused work, interviews, planning sessions, or one-on-one client experiences. Includes private room access, Wi-Fi, desk/work surface, seating, and access to shared common areas.
Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE FLEX ROOM BOOKING POLICY Payment: Full payment is required at booking to reserve the Private Flex Room. Booking Time: Your reservation includes all setup and breakdown time. The room must be cleared by the scheduled end time. Late arrival does not extend your reservation. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Approved Use: The Private Flex Room may be used for meetings, consultations, client appointments, focused work, interviews, planning sessions, and other approved professional or creative activities. No Events or Parties: Flex Room bookings may not be used for parties, ticketed events, open gatherings, DJ events, performances, or other event-style activities. These uses require a SoundSpace Event Rental. Guests: The person making the reservation must be present and is responsible for all guests. Attendance must remain within the approved capacity of the room. Furniture & Equipment: Standard furniture may be used during your reservation. Furniture and SoundSpace equipment must remain on-site and be returned to their original configuration before leaving. Additional Time: Additional time may be purchased if available and must be approved before your reservation ends. Overtime is not guaranteed. Food & Drinks: Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted in approved areas. Please keep beverages away from equipment and remove all food, trash, and personal belongings before leaving. Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or burning any substance inside SoundSpace is strictly prohibited. Storage: Hourly and daily bookings do not include storage. Personal belongings, equipment, or supplies may not be left at SoundSpace after your reservation without prior approval. Damage & Cleaning: The person making the reservation is responsible for damage, missing property, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or their guests. By booking the Private Flex Room, you acknowledge and agree to SoundSpace booking and space policies.
